I had to find my own houses to view, but the agent would then not schedule a viewing. She then suggested a house and strong armed me into buying it. I was mislead on multiple parts of my home purchase, lied to about the contracts in place and made to feel like a failure for choosing to continue working with this brokerage. I will never buy a house from this brokerage and will tell any living human being that will listen to give this place a wide berth. I worked with Anne Bredin and I recommend above all things that you save your money and go elsewhere.

I initially got connected back in January 2020 so this was a year in the making. After a few houses, I started to get a feel for the market and found one that really caught my eye. Nick helped me submit an offer which was accepted! After multiple delays with the sellers, we're now set to close on a firm closing date. I'm very excited and couldn't have it done without all of you! Thank you so much!!

He exceeded expectations in terms of the sale of our home. Mark helped us with the entire process and guided us along the way. He came to see our home, was receptive to our needs and answered all our questions in a timely manner. He put us in touch with a staging company, who helped us pick and stage our home which would gain the most traction. Then, Mark had cleaners come to the home to have everything be sparkly clean. Twice. Our house sold much higher over asking, and Mark went the extra mile. Very happy with the experience overall and would recommend Mark in a heartbeat.

Although not all my requirements were met, I recently struck gold with my new home and i am very pleased with the overall experience.
