As a first time seller, I had so many questions and they walked me through every single step of the process. The attention to detail (including their fantastic staging tips) far exceeded my expectations.
Despite pricing my condo aggressively, it sold within a day for over the asking price (even setting a record for prices for these units within my neighbourhood)! Thanks Ronaldo and The REPs!!!

β β β β β My wife and I had very good experience with REPS - Joelle Skaff and Ronaldo Sayah have shown great attitude, creativity, effective ability to understand and to properly interpret, and eventually to meet our requirements. We were looking for very special house and guys applied a lot of efforts looking at many properties. Some of them were even not listed yet! At the next step when they were selling our house again everything was arranged very professionally starting from high-quality photography and finishing with well-printed booklets. Things went smoothly and fast and I guess consistency and responsible approach demonstrated by our agents helped to get through in the best possible way. Many thanks! He was understanding of our needs and always accommodating to our busy schedules to find the perfect home. I can't thank him enough. From start to finish, 5 stars.
The office was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The Reps is a group of young professionals that use up-to-date data, technology and social media to help sell your house quickly and efficiently (they also have the best signage).
