★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People who work here seem to have a genuine bitterness in life. Surprised customer service is not a priority? Been there 5-6 times and everyone always seems miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTO is always busy, so don’t be surprised when you get here... I found the staff to be helpful and they try their best to solve your problem.
Note: Don’t bother calling they don’t answer the phone.
Have your documents ready and be prepared to wait..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to get them on the phone for over 3 days. I've tried calling at all times of the day. They have an answering machine, but no inbox. Not sure what to do, seeing as I can't visit their offices during the day; the whole working full time gets in the way.
If i could give them a negative rating I would.
Whoever gave them anything above 1 star, obviously a biased opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady on the phone wouldn't give me my ticket numbers after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait. She told me "I cant sit here give you 9 ticket numbers"
Seriously? You cant give me 9 ticket numbers on the phone when it is your job to do so? Knowing that I was taking to a government drone I proceeded to request her nicely and inform her that it is her job to do so. Then she proceeds to tell me that its not her job followed by a swift hang up. Unbelievable. I understand that we cant expect the same service we do from private business that operate based on our financial consent but there needs to be some type of accountability to make these people answerable. They are way to overpaid for the jobs the do anyways
