★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service - after having delays in shipping they sent out 20$ off codes which I used to get a nice pair of jeans! Also, after part of my order didn't ship out (because of the same warehouse issue), they instantly gave me a refund when I asked.
Great prices, great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! Terrible service, although they had some good deals. I have contacted them multiple times at various contact numbers/emails about a missing piece that i paid for. They have not answered me at all. Additionally, shipping took way longer than expected!

We are reaching out to you because upon receiving our shipment from Noize, we did not receive the JULIETTE-FOREST-M and EMMA-BLACK-S that you ordered. Since then, we have followed up with the Noize warehouse and they have advised us today that due to an inventory discrepancy within their warehouse that they were unable to fulfill these units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items go out of stock and processing takes the longest time out of all online merchants I have used. 5-15 days for processing is ridiculous. No refunds on sale items and no cancelations so beware before making a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some things through Style Democracy from Frank & Oak not too long ago. I did notice that it took a little longer for the order to ship, but I figured it would take longer anyways given the current circumstances with covid-19. When I inquired about my order, the customer service team was super helpful and informative and they made sure that all my questions were answered. My order ended up coming in the mail not long after and I absolutely love all the pieces that I bought! Would definitely shop with them again as love the deals! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing customer service experience with this company. Our packages were unfortunately stolen after delivery, Nicole from Style Democracy helped us through the process. She helped get our orders resent, and refunded the items that were unable to be fulfilled. I can honestly say that Nicole gave me the best customer service experience I have had from an online retailer. I will definitely be shopping with this company again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for good service and great deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their deals and how I got so much for a cheap price. My only problem was that they show many items on their website and I bought it as it was in stock at the time of buying but after going through with the order, they told me they don't have it on stock anymore and have to refund me which is pretty annoying as I really wanted it. They said that is because they had to share 'inventory' with H&M. SD, please only show on your website what you know you will have 100% in inventory so this does not happen again. This happened for 3 items in the same order. The customer service was able to help me out and she was very kind but I don't like who ever handles inventory having to refund 3 items because some how they don't have it in stock AFTER I bought it??

I never leave negative reviews, but I think people should be warned about the horrible customer service this company offers. They don't protect customer's private information and when we try to bring it to they attention they simply ignore the messages! I received an email with shipping information including details such as the name and address of another customer. That is a serious breach of confidentially for that particular customer and goes against Canada Privacy Act Laws. God knows if they sent my personal information for others as well. That was 8 days ago and I've been trying to contact them about this via multiple platforms and they are completely ignoring me. Last time I reached out to them via Instagram I was told someone would contact me, however, it has been 5 days and no one has. Please be warned that if you buy from them and have any issue, little or big, you will be completely ignored. I don't know what else to do to talk to someone from this company. This is very discouraging and frustrating. Avoid at all costs.
