As a first time homebuyer we had a lot of questions and Andre was there to answer all of our questions and made us comfortable and able to understand a lot about the process of becoming a homeowner. We are extremely pleased with our choice of having Andre navigate and assist with this new chapter, he is extremely professional and has made my husband and myself feel like we are a family member he was getting a home for - always has our best interest. I would recommend his services to anyone who needed a realtor/financial advisor.

We were first time home buyers, so the real estate market was very new to us. With endless questions and it being quite an overwhelming experience, Andre did nothing but help make it a seamless - almost effortless process.
Andre was always patient, honest, never forced us to make a sale, and understood this was a big decision to make. His knowledge of the real estate market was extremely helpful - to locations that were hot on the market, the developing areas, the up and coming, even the not-so-great ones - he helped us to narrow down our searches, ultimately with the overall success of finding our First Home!
Andre always valued our opinions, ensuring we never felt the pressure to buy. His goal was to always make sure we were happy with the choice we made. With that being said, we are extremely happy with the purchase of our first home, and have him to thank!

He helped them threw the whole process that of course for anyone that doesn't speak any English it's a bit harder but Andre made the process for them smooth and simple.

He and his team were so quick and efficient. I was out of town and they made the process so smooth and stress free. When we were thinking of listing, he provided us with incredible insight and recommended that we wait to list our property so that we didn’t compete with current listings in our neighbourhood. He was able to set up our house in a situation that maximized exposure and allowed us to get a fantastic price. When we were viewing houses, Andre always listed the pros and cons and always had our best interest at heart.
