★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a buyer I found Milan Bauk, an agent at Sutton Group Security, very unprofessional and manipulating.
He asked us to make an offer on a property just to use our offer as leverage, later finding out that he did not even show his clients our offer. After complaining to his broker of record, Joseph Mandarino, we were brushed off with somewhat of an apology. This just showed us that the broker supported his agents poor conduct.
He raised our hopes as he asked us for the offer after his offer date failed with only our offer being presented if it was presented at all.
It’s a sad day when an agent has this much control and feels that he needs to make choices on your behalf.
How can we even trust Sutton Group Security to be fair to there clients and to buyers.
Never recommend this company or buy from any of there listings.
