★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive customer service experience with JT who took time to provide options and suggestions, was courteous and professional, and put me in the driver’s seat to decide how to proceed. I would recommend Glitch Fix for diagnostic of an iPhone that just died mysteriously overnight. The problem could not be resolved without a costly repair, which JT predicted. I appreciated that he was upfront and accurate about what he thought might be the problem. I opted to have the diagnostic done and appreciated having the root cause confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had spilled water in on my MacBook and the keyboard started to malfunction. Unfortunately, Apple store was all booked out for the day so Apple help book me an appointment at Glitch Fix. Walked in, and I was greeted by JT. Told him my issue. The way he answered told me that he knew what he was doing. Instantly I felt comfortable allowing him to fix my computer... It took more time that we anticipated. He even stayed over the closing time to finish the diagnostics so that I could have it to study for my exams! Really appreciated that!!
JT has great customer service skills and I would 100% recommend anyone who have device issues should visit Glitch Fix!!! Faster service than Apple and you will never be disappointed.
Problem fixed!! Happy customer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so so so grateful for the staff at Glitch Fix. I had to have the logic board replaced due to water damaged, and my laptop was ready within a week. I was updated about the status of the repair, which was very reassuring. Their customer service is unparalleled!
My laptop is as good as new! I can't thank the staff enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a laptop to be fixed because of some water damage in my trackpad. Looked up places for it to be fixed and found this place certified by apple and decided why not give it a shot. They fixed my laptop very fast and no problems seen again afterwards with my trackpad. The people are nice, speedy and excellent service. Would very much recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I have not read any of the reviews however I have offered to provide my opinion for the Thornhill location which is more than fair in their fees for service and information regarding issues. I recently bought a used Mac Book Pro at a discounted price to the new products and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the machine I got. It was thoroughly tested with some of the basic components replaced giving this machine a brand new look and feel.
Also they have been responsive for any questions I have had after the purchase. So for that I give them five stars because I couldn't ask for any more.

The required part was provided within a day, and repair was within hours. We have always trusted Jilbert and his team with our Mac hardware, and are never disappointed. Plus, it's "service with a smile" - value added. Strongly recommend.
