★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service from a particular licensing woman named Leanna on multiple occurrences. Rude and acts like she is in charge of the MTO. Other women working there are a pleasure to deal with, unfortunately I’d rather go to Markham or Aurora. Anywhere but here to avoid her.

Leann was extremely rude and arrogant, not to mention incapable of doing her job.as a public servant.
I will never visit this location again, it's not worth the hassle.
Uxbridge location is far more helpful and better informed and actually willing to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Friday to update my licence plate stickers. I was served by a new employee in training but was quickly transferred to a more experienced employee since my situation required an over ride which the new person didn’t know how to do. The entire experience was very pleasant and I did not feel rushed. There were only 3 people in the line and I waited max 5 mins. I usually go to the one in Markham on Galsworthy but never again, the staff in Markham are rude, condescending and usually line ups out the door. Great job Stouffville Service Ontario, keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are reading this review it means that I’ve died in the line up of either starvation or dehydration.
Some of us were young man and women when we first entered the line, full of life and hope.
After surviving the pandemic we thought that nothing could take us down, NOTHING!!!
Please tell my family that I love them.
I wish I told them how much I loved them before leaving the house.
They probably think I’ve abandoned them, the last thing I said to them was “I’m just going to renew my sticker, I’ll be back before you know it!”
That was hours ago.
As I stand here watching the last little bit of what was a fully charged phone battery fade away I wonder, why? Why didn't I just go to the MTO in Aurora?
