★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is poor and their return policy is “ you won’t get your money back no matter what “. It’s surprising how this one -time business survive in Canada. The truth behind their no return no refund “policy” is that they are not sure how many days their product will last. Highly recommended to think thousands of times before giving out your money.

They do have a no refund or return policy printed right on the the till so if it’s something too expensive that you might not be sure about I wouldn’t recommend. Most products from them are very affordable and work pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a cute Japanese store. It’s like Dollarama, but a little bit more expensive and most of the products are a better quality. I always buy Warming eye masks, those are so amazing! I recommend the warming masks to everyone and I also use them as little gifts sometimes. Plus, today I found non-bleached cotton pads for make-up removal and I’m so excited. The quality is amazing and it’s just $4 per package, however, most of the organic stores charge much more for the same amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality. I bought a digital led clock, the clerk explained that electronic product can be returned in 1 week. It was written on the receipt. I did not satisfied and back to the store to returned, but the another clerk rejected to return because that the product is working properly. That was not a big deal, but they should keep the word.
