★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had posted a negative review of this place because of a terrible employee who worked there but I’ve since had pleasant interactions with the staff. The place is very clean but the entrance to the lockers needs to be levelled to allow a smoother entrance with a loaded cart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of hoops to jump through here and many ways to lose money through the course of your rental if you forget to. I suppose it's typical in this industry for the most part, however, the constant requests for me to get back to you to reiterate what I have already gone out of my way to clarify is not conducive to a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented from them it is going in 3nd year and they up their price 3 time for the same locker and each by $200, 2020 FROM 450 TO 580 IN a matter of 2 weeks and 2021 580 to 693 after 6 month, 693 to 913 after 9month and they tell you it is legal and instead of sanding you legal mail or call you they sent an email that I never received and they say they don't need to call you if they up their price they said they have so many people to call so they don't call and it is enough they sent an email ...
You should be aware that they said they can up their price any time could be twice in your term and they say it is legal

I called two months ago to ask for a 420 square foot space to house my mini gym. I was quoted $903 with tax. I said I wanted to reserve it for the 1st of May. Then I received a last minute called April 4 to notify me that such a space didn’t exist. Now I am at risk of selling my equipment.
The staff, especially the woman, is a complete an utter Incompetent employee and should be reprimanded for her terrible bedside manner!
They don’t even want to right their mistake by trying to accommodate their clients!
Terrible service. I am disgusted
