J ai appelé deux fois, la première année, on me dit qu on va me rappeler... on ne m a jamais rappelé...
J’ai pensé que c était dût au covid.. je reprend cette année un rdv avec la secretaire, le chef ne s est même pas déplacé et même pas appelé!
Bref, ils choississent clairement les toits faciles à refaire et rentables!
I can not believe it !
I called twice, the first year, I was told that I was going to be called back ... I was never called back ...
I thought it was due to the covid .. I am resuming an appointment with the secretary this year, the chef has not even come and not even called!
In short, they clearly choose roofs that are easy to redo and profitable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour leur avoir confier un contrat dans le passer nous avions eu un bon service et reçu une bonne job également alors 5 étoiles jusque là... mais pour une deuxième projet ils ne se sont pas présenté à deux reprises avant de canceller ça présence pour le contrat après 1 semaine de délais alors que le contrat était signer. Étant un toit plat et conte tenu des intempéries, ça causer beaucoup de problème et de travail supplémentaire avant d’installer la nouvelle toiture. Ce fut une moins bonne expérience cette fois ce que je qualifierais de 1 étoile. Dommage ça me semble une bonne entreprise avec beaucoup de potentiel...
For having given them a contract in the past we had a good service and received a good job also then 5 stars so far ... but for a second project they did not show up twice before canceling this presence for the contract after 1 week of delays while the contract was signed. Being a flat roof and weatherproof, it causes a lot of trouble and extra work before installing the new roof. It was a less good experience this time what I would qualify as 1 star. Too bad it seems like a good company with a lot of potential ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'installation a bien été faite, et ce, malgré quelques petits points négatifs (ça peut arriver, j'ai moi-même des équipes de techniciens sur la route) qui ont su être corrigés par l'intervention proactive du président Sébastien Servant. Ce dernier a clairement à coeur la satisfaction de ses clients. Nous tenons aussi à souligner l'excellent travail de François qui s'occupe du service après-vente et du contrôle de la qualité. Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits et recommandons Toiture S.S.
The installation was well done, and despite some small negative points (it can happen, I myself have teams of technicians on the road) which were able to be corrected by the proactive intervention of President Sébastien Servant. The latter clearly takes customer satisfaction to heart. We would also like to highlight the excellent work of François, who takes care of after-sales service and quality control. Overall, we are satisfied and recommend Toiture S.S.
