★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les grands vents de la semaine dernière ont arrachés plusieurs feuilles de bardeaux d'asphalte sur notre toit. Après avoir appelé quelques compagnies qui soit chargeaient trop chère profitant des intempéries ou soit n'avaient plus de disponibilité, j'ai fait affaire avec le site "soumission rénovation". En quelques heures j'ai eu un retour d'appel de Sommet Rénovation. J'ai expliqué ma situation avec la dame au téléphone en milieu d'après-midi.
En début de soirée, monsieur Carl (propriétaire) m'a rappelé pour me dire que, malgré le niveau d'occupation de la semaine, il allait lui même se déplacer le lendemain pour regarder les dégâts.
Comme promis, il s'est présenté avec du matériel en milieu d'après midi le lendemain.A prix très compétitif, il a effectué la réparation rapidement en inspectant brièvement le reste du toit.
Courtoisie, fiabilité, prix, je le recommande sans hésiter. Ça vaut le 5 ⭐️ que je lui aie donné.
 Last week's strong winds pulled several sheets of asphalt shingles off our roof. After calling some companies that were charging too expensive weather or were no longer available, I did business with the site "submission renovation". In a few hours I had a call back from Summit Renovation. I explained my situation with the lady on the phone in the middle of the afternoon.
In the early evening, Mr. Carl (owner) reminded me to tell me that, despite the level of occupation of the week, he himself would move the next day to watch the damage.
As promised, he showed up with equipment in the middle of the afternoon the next day. At a very competitive price, he carried out the repair quickly by briefly inspecting the rest of the roof.
Courtesy, reliability, price, I recommend it without hesitation. It's worth the 5 ⭐️ that I gave him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait faire notre toit par Sommet Rénovation en 2003, travail impeccable, la toiture est encore en excellent état. Nous avons eu un soucis avec l'évent de toit qui semble s'être détérioré prématurément. Monsieur Somma est venu remplacer le cap de l'évent gratuitement, toujours aussi courtois, son travail toujours aussi bien fait. Excellent service!
We had our roof done by Sommet Rénovation in 2003, impeccable work, the roof is still in excellent condition. We had a problem with the roof vent which seems to have deteriorated prematurely. Mr. Somma came to replace the cape of the vent for free, always as courteous, his work still done well. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons appelé Sommet Rénovation pour un estimé de la réfection de notre toiture et le lendemain, nous les avions sur place en train de nous rassurer sur la qualité et la durée de vie restante de notre toit. Ils ont pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions même si au final, notre toit n'avait pas besoin de réfection et qu'il a encore de bonnes années devant lui ! Il est si rare de trouver de tels professionnels qui prennent le temps de donner l'heure juste. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié leur professionnalisme.
We called Sommet Rénovation for an estimate of the repair of our roof and the next day, we had them there reassuring us about the quality and the remaining life of our roof. They took the time to answer all of our questions even if in the end our roof did not need repair and it still has good years ahead! It is so rare to find such professionals who take the time to tell the truth. We really appreciated their professionalism.

Mon frère est décédé et la facture de la toiture qu'il avait fait refaire en 2020 était introuvable. Le nouvel acheteur de la maison voulait la facture. Un simple appel à Sommet Rénovation a permis de régulariser la situation rapidement : un courriel avec copie de la facture a été émise la journée même et 2 jours plus tard, une visite à domicile au nouvel acheteur a été faite par M. Carl Somma ,pdg de Sommet Rénovation . Il a remis au nouvel acheteur: la facture, une copie du contrat ,le transfert de garantie et fiche d'entretien de la toiture de fibre de verre. C'est SUPER qu'une compagnie traite ses clients avec autant de gentillesse, d'efficacité , d'honnêteté et de transparence Bravo ++++++
The after-sales service of this company is remarkable both in terms of quality and speed. My brother died and the invoice for the roof he had redone in 2020 was nowhere to be found. The new home buyer wanted the bill. A simple call to Sommet Rénovation made it possible to regularize the situation quickly: an email with a copy of the invoice was sent the same day and 2 days later, a home visit to the new buyer was made by Mr. Carl Somma, CEO of Sommet Rénovation. He gave the new buyer: the invoice, a copy of the contract, the transfer of warranty and maintenance sheet for the fiberglass roof. It's GREAT that a company treats its customers with such kindness, efficiency, honesty and transparency Bravo ++++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with Carl Somma after some wind damaged much of my roof. He provided detailed information to my insurance company and got back to me quickly anytime I had any questions. The emergency repairs were done right away and we are currently waiting for the spring to change the all the shingles. He has provided the best service I have ever had from any contractor. I'm looking forward to having a new roof in the next few months and I'll post a review of that work then, although judging from what I have seen so far, I have no doubt that it will be excellent.
