Pas vraiment, ils ont travaillé sur mon Forester 2020 et mon 4Runner 2007, et je dois admettre que j'ai été agréablement surpris par le travail impeccable qu'ils ont fait, je suis un client difficile et rarement j'ai été satisfait comme cela. J'ai fait mes recherches sur internet afin de trouver une place ou je ne serai pas déçu et j'ai demandé à mes assurances de me prendre un rendez-vous chez CarrXpert (car on peut choisir) Merci pour votre excellent service client vous êtes vraiment top Hugo =) Excellent customer service, I did business with CarrXpert in Longueuil via my insurance for a claim, in fact, for a few claims for which I was not responsible, 2020 a year to forget? Not really, they worked on my 2020 Forester and my 2007 4Runner, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised with the impeccable job they did, I am a difficult customer and rarely have I been satisfied like this . I did my research on the internet to find a place where I will not be disappointed and I asked my insurance companies to make an appointment for me at CarrXpert (because you can choose) Thank you for your excellent customer service you are really great Hugo =)

Voiture lavée extérieur et intérieur au ramassage. Ils ont eu des difficultés pour démonter des pièces (mais n'ont pas chargé plus cher), ce qui a allongé le travail d'un jour. Sans aucune trace de réparation, A1. Merci !! Excellent service for a collision on a new car. Best bid in the area, impeccable service and honest. Car washed outside and inside the pickup. They had trouble dismounting parts (but did not charge more), which made the job a day longer. Without any trace of repair, A1. Thank you !!

Par contre, soyez patient en raison de le Covid, et tout depend des réparation le délais pour récupérer votre voiture peut être plus long que prévu Professional and caring team. Do not make the corners round. And gives clear and precise information about the repairs to be made. On the other hand, be patient due to the Covid, and it all depends on the repairs, the time to recover your car may be longer than expected.

Ma voiture avait un fender arrière côté conducteur enfoncé suite à un délit de fuite. J'ai été surpris de voir le résultat. Elle m'a été rendue impeccable et sans aucune trace visible. Je dois aussi mentionner qu'ils ont effectué un nettoyage extérieur et polissage alors qu'il n'y avait pas mention d'un tel service. Ma voiture semblait comme neuve. Chapeau! Exceptional service. The ladies at the reception are superbly courteous and regularly follow up. My car had a driver's side rear fender driven in as a result of a hit-and-run. I was surprised to see the result. It was made to me impeccable and without any visible trace. I should also mention that they performed exterior cleaning and polishing when there was no mention of such service. My car looked like new. Hat!
