★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole process was easy and straight forward using the web site. The storage unit was delivered when expected and picked up as per the request. I did run into a bit of an issue with one payment but after sending an email I got an almost immediate response from a customer service representative who quickly resolved the issue. Thanks for everything, would use the service anytime again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in tight spot and pods literally saved my move and a lot problems.. Dave and james were really thoughtful and respectful.. They even tried to help me in my personal affairs.. The operator's where fast, efficient, maneuvered that lift like no ones business and were polite to the condo tenants . couldn't ask for more to be honnest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Laval Quebec. No customers can't go in ! No service at all ! Only on line ,I was very disappointed , for the size of that company they really don't care at all. They only want your money ?. Even the Wed site doesn't say much !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was done via the website. Driver called prior to arrive at my place. The container was precisely put like I described on the website pictograms (well done btw).
Though I would suggest the company to offer a way of having a real password on our account instead of a 4-digit pin.
All in all, it was easy and painless and they followed my schedule. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple, smooth process. Really took a big chunk of stress out of my renovation. Having to move out for a 3 month window, PODS made it so simple to pack up and have the entire contents of our home stored for this time. Everything came back in one piece and how we packed it. Would highly recommend the PODS experience for any kind of storage needs.
