★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would love to leave a review of they every called me back. This place is disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned when we moved in but when we moved out now they suddenly care even though we had it professional cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently spent the last year renting from one of the Port Coquitlam properties. I wanted to give a review for any one that looks them up while considering a rental. My experience has been good. I think the units are over priced for the area and the age of the building but beyond that the management has been responsive and quick with all repair requests. There has been a more hands off management style which I greatly appreciate. What I mean by this is the rules are not strictly enforced. Unless it's a problem little things slide and I don't mean that in a bad way. I mean this in a good way. It makes the experience better not having every little thing nit picked, over bearing control and warden like behavior. It is balanced nicely. Example would be at my old condo they where stricter about Christmas lights, couldn't be before December 1st and had to be gone by January 15th. I don't remember reading any memos on that here. And even if there was or is a policy about it, as some people took them down well into February, it was not enforced. I like this kind of management style. Either way, I don't know if all properties are like this or not. I would hope they are and this laxness is a top down thing and not local to the building I rented from. Company is professional with the paperwork, move in inspection report, I will find out soon about the return of my damage deposit. Quick on requests for repairs. Easy to contact. Best property management company I have dealt with to date and far above better than any I've had before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go elsewhere. They list free 13th month and don't honor it. They never do maintenance. The washer, dryer and dishwasher where never hooked up. They have fake cameras. They have never cleaned the hallways or elevator. They come into your apartment without any notice and Will not tell you. Do not trust. They are terrible. Also they are making us leave on the 30th and not 31st like we put in our notice.

This company has been on its best day mediocre, and on its worst day has intolerable. Was signed up with the promise of the 13 month being free and the company still pulled the funds. The unit was recently renovated, an elegant way of saying that they had thrown lipstick on a pig. The building manager has been terrible and has not been communicative at all. The suite did not have the appliances properly hooked up and poured water out the first time we used the washing machine. The dryer vent was never connected which could have caused a fire. The stove was improperly hooked up and they refused to listen and said the stove needed to be replaced. Not the case. Our Railing has not been repaired the entire time I have been here. Let's get into the horrendous covid protocols. Zero care or consideration for themselves and zero attempt at cleaning or sanitization. Security is a joke the cameras are fake and gone not long after being installed. When it finally comes time to leave the property manager has attempted to gain access over multiple days and times. They also have provided us with move out documentation from Ohio. The building manager confronted my wife because she didn't like that my wife followed bc tenancy law. This group leaves me struggling to find good and greatly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Star! I moved in with lots of holes and scratches on walls and floors, when I moved out, it looked better than when I moved in and they withheld my deposit. I took them to arbitration, won and they only paid back half of my money. The worst company to deal with. Don't be fooled. They are nice at the start and then they turn on you. You have been warned!
