Extremely extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I gave my move out notice three months prior to moving out and said I would move out but my roommate would be staying on, to which they agreed. Only to send a message ONE WEEK before the move out date saying both of us have to move out or they will not perform a move out inspection and telling my roommate with 5 days of notice that if she decides to stay they will increase the rent by 400 CAD (AGAINST THE RULES OF THE CONTRACT). We tried to dispute all of this but there’s no reasoning with these people, they are so severely incompetent they do not help at all. Would not recommend to anyone at all, worst experience ever.

We were in doubt for the previous comments about Sincere. But after work with them, they are very professional and found us a new rental home in Vancouver. I referred them to our friends as well for finding a new place. It is definitely great company to work with.

DO NOT USE, Very unprofessional they ARE NOT SINCERE, they LIE. We had the misfortune to work with a realtor called Holmes. We were looking to rent and were ready, they simply rejected us with no reason even though we have a excellent credit, and good income.I had to phone them to find out what happened. No response no communication. They have false advertising saying there was a gym and other amenities. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They get no stars....I am not exaggerating!

Holmes was great for us finding a rental property. Quick to respond, nice and easy to work with.

Jerry Wang of sincere realty is far from sincere. This property management has lied over and over. If you use this realty company you better make sure you READ your lease before you sign it even if you have agreed on everything. In my 40yrs of renting/leasing, I have NEVER been asked to pay for the owners property utility bills including water, garbage and recycling, but low and behold, there it was on my lease without my knowledge. They have lied to us over and over. Took days to respond to our calls when there was a problem, and tried to blame us for whatever went wrong. At end of our lease, they refused to give us our damage deposit back and the place was cleaned "SPOTLESS ". Texted me for forwarding address to "SEND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT " only to be slapped with tenancy dispute over unpaid water bills, that I refused to pay. They are sneaky and liars, so BUYER BEWARE"!

I wish I could give then zero star. All I experienced with this business in two years of being a tenant in a property managed(!) by them is summarized to “Lie, Hatred, Abuse, Discrimination”. Summer Wang was the one supposed to be a property manager. She did everything to bully us, look down to us, impose the superiority of the foreign owner, except managing the property to make sure people can live peacefully in the house; totally abusive, dishonest, disrespectful, discriminatory way we were treated by her. First off, she lied to us about the basement tenant and hid important information like number of people in the basement, hot water tank being electric and other things that affected us financially. The most aggressive part was she pushed us to agree on paying the utility bills for the entire building including for the basement tenant, for special levy, garbage removal, base water, and base sewer! I read many other comments and realized that they did the same to other tenants as well. The sad part is when it came to repairs and maintenance, no one took responsibility and basically the answer was “we will ask the owner! you have to do it yourself! We will charge you if we do it and etc”. She fully stopped communication with us after RTB voted that the electricity bill must be split and no one was even introduced in charge or by the company, simply they didn’t care! Another big lie was that they told us we can stay in the property for min five year. That was our first condition for accepting to lease the property. In less than 1.5 years, they put the property on market for sale and abused us for about 9 months to allow weekends for showing. They issued us a notice to terminate the tenancy due to sale in December! In the middle of winter, Christmas time with two schoolers. I strongly recommend stay away from these unprofessional and dishonest people as mush as you can.

Eason and Gina are awesome. We recently moved to Vancouver and were looking for our first apartment. While dealing with a lot of unprofessional and unresponsive agents, we met Gina, who immediately understood our requirements and suggested one of the best apartments I have seen in Vancouver. Eason made the move very easy and also helped work with Strata company which is very unresponsive. Since we are the first tenant in the new apartment, when we found a couple of minor issues, Eason quickly sent professionals to handle the issue within a day or so. I'll highly recommend working with them.
