He worked with an inspector for the home on our behave because we were out of the country. When a foundation crack was found, he negotiated with the listing agent and the seller and resolved the problem without delay. The foundation was repaired professionally to code before we took possession of the house. He works with good people. Having his help in providing us with good people was extremely important to us. Purchasing a home is a major investment. It can be very stressful if one was not working with a good agent. I highly recommend Matt Langer if you were looking to purchase a home.
