★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is nice, but this is an old building with serious issues and people are moving out.
MANY SUITES ARE INFESTED WITH ANTS. There is black mold in some places. The laundry room is filled with machines that barely work: washers don't spin with enough force, and dryers are iffy. The hot water is not hot, and there are black bits in the water pipes.
Tenants need to pay deposit, first AND last month's rent to get in. Enjoy the pictures.
