★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this agency at all costs. Specifically, Katerina is the worst agent I have ever dealt with - unreliable, does not respond to messages, poor communication, and does not even bother to inform you of viewing/showing cancellations until you show up to the property having booked off work. As a property owner you can't possibly get the right tenant with this incompetence, and as prospective tenant you are just wasting your time.
