★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not be fooled Minard's is no Success RV. They do not care about offering services and repairs for loyal customers. It took 2 months total to get an awning for my camper even after 3 phone calls to see when my camper could be scheduled for repairs. Was told that my phone call would be returned- IT NEVER WAS. I have already taken my business elsewhere.

We bought our RV brand new from the lot 1 year ago. They sales person was very friendly as well as the finance man. This the the best part of the whole process but my happiness quickly changed.
Now after just 1 camping trip in that camper we started having problems such as the master bedroom door falling right off including the track, jack bent out they were rusted and we didn’t realize until going to the lake and using them but thought nothing of it, styrofoam was still left in the ac duct, DVD/radio had stopped working. Even though I had warranty I still paid over $500 for my jacks to be replaced because the jacks were used “incorrectly”.
I made a list in the fall of the things I noticed need to be fixed as they only provided 1 year warranty! So one month ago we dropped off needing to have multiple things fixed yet again. Biggest ones being my countertops/table started peeling by the end of last summer and our awning won’t roll in correctly. So we are still waiting to hear back after 1 month of of being out at the yard. I called out was told my call would be returned and it never was so I received out again and finally heard back stating they still have not fixed it. Even though this is a brand new camper they are not sure if warranty is going to extend to cover. Now there is damage to my camper that was not there before and it is being blamed on us and warranty will now not extend for power awning issue.
They do not seem keen on keeping customers happy with a product after the RV is purchased and they have their money. I will never recommend them to anyone! And now we are stuck with a RV that seems to have bunches of problems.
