★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience. Brought our trailer in because of concerns regarding mice damage. I asked them to repair damages to the fridge compartment, chewed hoses under the sink, make sure all the gas lines were okay, and change a broken faucet. They had it for several weeks and when it was ready, it was exactly the same. They claimed to have repaired everything and all was well and said all hoses etc... were fine. They never checked because these areas were left exactly as I had left them. There was an actual mouse nest under the stove panel!!! They charged us a ton of money. We did get new tires which they pushed on us repeatedly and we finally agreed, and they washed the awning and that is it----here are a few of the pictures after I picked up my trailer

They took care of an issue I had with some equipment with no questions asked.
I would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a travel trailer to check this company out. This is the location for fabulous after sales service.

If I could give them a zero star i would. 3 times they ordered the wrong piece. Each time they said it was more expensive then the last. Each time they would call me after a week or so for the part and say "we made a mistake and ordered the wrong part again, the part you actually need is more expensive" 3 times it happened till finally they said I needed a whole new unit. They tried to get me as a victim. in fact, they never returned my deposit I made on the original piece. I asked the owner for my deposit back and he refused to give it back to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!! Your response is untrue. I already paid almost 300$ for the diagnostic which I was told that the thermostat was bad. Also not true. You guys were trying to get me to buy things I didn't need. The whole thing feels like a setup to get me to buy a new A/C unit. When I brought it in, I told you I had a mobile technician diagnose the problem as being a faulty run capacitor. Your rep later admitted they never even tested the amps on the first diagnosis. I new something was shady after the 2nd time you called me with another baloney excuse, so I decided document everything. I want my deposit back.
