★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons contacté CRS pour notre VR avec des demandes de changer des lumières et vérifier 2 chose (eau qui coule, patte stabilisatrice)
Après 1 semaines et 3 appels de suivi, nous étions sans nouvelles et il ne semblait pas avoir travaillé sur le véhicule.
Le lendemain, 4e appel - il avait changé les lumières, mis 6h de temps sans nous avoir appelé pour un devis ou demander notre permission pour la suite des choses (Au final 700$ sans aucune solutions). Il a réglé le souci des pattes mais le circuit qui couvrait aussi la caméra de recul ne fonctionne plus depuis la visite, ils se disent non-responsable.
Une des lumières changée ne fonctionne pas, l'eau qui coule, il aurait regard mais ne pouvait pas aller plus loin.
Tout au long du processus nous devions appeler car ils ne donnait aucun détails - meme au moment de rgéler la facture, la dame ne savait pas ce qui avait été fait. Donc 6h facturé sans savoir le travail effectué.
Rendez-vous services et éviter cet endroit ou préparez vous a devoir poser beaucoup de questions.
PS : nous étions disposé a payer beaucoup plus pour des solutions et réparations en règles. Ce n'est pas le montant qui dérange tant que le fait que nous avons payé sans savoir le travail effectué et aucune résolution, voir un nouveau souci.
We contacted CRS for our RV with requests to change lights and check 2 things (flowing water, stabilizer leg)
After 1 week and 3 follow-up calls we had no news and it did not appear to have worked on the vehicle.
The next day, 4th call - he had changed the lights, took 6 hours of time without calling us for a quote or asking our permission for the rest of things (In the end $ 700 without any solutions). He solved the problem with the legs but the circuit which also covered the reversing camera has not worked since the visit, they say they are not responsible.
One of the changed lights didn't work, the water flowing, he would have looked but couldn't go any further.
Throughout the process we had to call as they gave no details - even when it was time to freeze the bill, the lady did not know what had been done. So 6 hours billed without knowing the work done.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place or be prepared to ask a lot of questions.
PS: we were prepared to pay a lot more for correct solutions and repairs. It is not the amount that bothers the fact that we paid without knowing the work done and no resolution, seeing a new concern.
