I am extremely disappointed in this place I would highly suggest if you want to buy a trailer, motorhome or similar vehicle you go somewhere else. We have had nothing but problems since buying our "new" motorhome. Sure - when we were considering buying it, they were very attentive, answered emails within 30 minutes etc....After we picked up the RV, we have had nothing but issues, and we get no response from them, I have called and emailed and nothing. Both batteries that came with the RV were dead. WE have asked for them to be replaced and we were told, when someone finally responded that we had to drive there to get new ones. We live 2 hours away in Ottawa. nice customer service. Also one of the windows was missing a screen. We were told it was because the window was an emergency exit - which was a lie - we drove back out there because they were going to give us a replacement one from another RV. We drove the 4 hour round trip and they didn't have a screen for us. and 2 months later, we still don't have a screen and no one is calling or contacting us back. They attempted to send us a screen which was the wrong size even after giving them the size we needed several times via email and pictures. The first time we opened the awning, we notice a rip at the top of about a foot long. We sent them pics of this too - and no response. It is under warranty but they won't even answer our phone calls and emails to let us know when we can bring it in to have it replaced. I strongly urge you NOT to buy from this dealership if you expect any sort of customer service after the fact. Don't be fooled by the attentiveness they show before, it's all to get your money, and nothing else. Worse than a scam artist really. I would warn everyone not to buy from here. They responded....but can't even get the spelling of the name right. All of our issues are resolved....yes....that's our own doing - we had to go thru Coachman to get a replacement awning and an RV window dealer to get the right windows. Still crappy service and no post sale help from you

We purchased a 2010 Rockwood Trailer in April 2019. The site was literally under water and there was still a lot of snow on the ground. We did get a chance to look at it quickly. We were assured by the salesman that it was in excellent condition and had been inspected. We brought it home and it remained in the driveway for a time as the weather was not cooperative for us to take it out camping. We eventually took it for a quick weekend away and noticed various things that should have been noticed, inspected and replaced or repaired. Made a list of things and called them. They told us that we had a thirty-day period which to voice our complaints. We argued the point that due to the weather we couldn’t use it. They finally agreed to fix the repairs. We were leaving on July 3rd for camping vacation and they said they couldn’t do the repairs until mid-July. Unacceptable!!! They agreed the do the work and have it ready for July 2nd. They did almost all the repairs we requested on our trailer. We picked up and arrived home with the trailer on July 2nd. Upon parking the trailer in the drive way we noticed that the tire (on the door side) was missing a huge 6-inch square section of outer sidewall. The tire seemed “dried out”. We’ve since determined it was dry rot. Something that certainly should have been caught as part of inspection!!! This could have been a major accident if the tire had of blown out on the highway! ALL WE CAN SAY IS… WOW. We had to switch the tire with the spare (which was new, thankfully). We decided to check the other tire. This one was also ready to go. The sidewall was coming away from this tire as well. OMG! We had to delay our departure to stop at Canadian Tire to replace that one before heading out on our vacation. They only had one in 1 in stock at that time. We’ve since returned and purchased a new spare tire. You would think that tires would be a priority before you sell a trailer to novice buyers? And so, $300.00 dollars later and multiple trips to Passion VR Caravane Vaillancourt and the garage and we’re just starting to feel a little safer but we’re still extremely disappointed. Did we say WOW? ... Well we’ll say it again. WOW.

Very pleased. Bought a used 5th wheel and not only did they repair everything that I wanted, they went out of their way to get the trailer on the road in time for our vacation. I've seen complaints about this dealer from others on google.. it's a used trailer! like buying a used car.. once it's sold, don't expect new car service. They don't make enough on the sale for that. I'm very pleased with the dealer and got better service than I expected. I'll be back when I need something else.

I bought a brand new travel trailer last May 2017. I noticed a couple of things at delivery and pointed them out to service manager. Since the price point of this Forest River product is such that I expected a few issues, it didn't surprise me when they came up. What does irk me is that I've been trying to get an appointment to get the issues addressed and fixed. The service manager is extremely unresponsive (is he too busy?) takes him forever to respond to an email. I usually have to resend it two or three times. There were some statements made at sales time that were less than factual. Overall, I would say I'm not entirely sure we would be upgrading our next RV here, but that remains open as to how the current issues are resolved. Do your homework. For the time being I would say I am displeased with my overall experience so far with this dealer...Caveat Emptor... Edit: the dealer finally responded and have brought the trailer in for some warranty work. The parts have been ordered and will be in, in a couple of weeks. All the issues have been addressed (or will be shortly). They have hired a second service manager so perhaps that will help in reducing their response time. So far he has done a good job in addressing my concerns. So far they are on the right track to improving service issues. 2nd edit: this is not a fake review simply because I choose a screen name. I have been in and dealt with Gabriel, Paul and Sonia. Since my original issue took well over 7+ months to be addressed, hopefully the new service manager will understand the importance of client communications. Just responding to and acknowledging a customer complaint is half the battle. Customers want to know that they are being heard which was not happening before. You seem to be on the right track.

The Salesman that I dealt with was quite enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with. We had such high hopes in getting this camper as our previouse one was too small and we needed to upgrade. We bought a used 2013 Rochwood 2516G (8 sleeper) tent trailer. the one posted on their website had everything we wanted (A/C, Shower/toilet) The one in real life, had none of these, even though it was the correct lot #, they posted the pictures and description of another trailer instead of this one. The salesman threw in a portable porta pottie instead explaining that the pictures were from a 2012 model and that someone internally had made the mistake when posting on their site. Of course their 2012 model was sold.... so it was not available for me, even though it was listed at the same price as my 2013 that did not have any of these options. I should have taken that as my first clue to run... But no, we did the deal anyways as we needed a new camper. Which brings me to my biggest issue with them... Please make sure when you check your camper and find any issues, that the salesman writes everything that needs to be repaired onto the bill of sale. I had pointed out several broken parts upon the initial visit and was told by my salesman that it will be fully inspected and all be fixed and that the camper will be cleaned completely prior to being given to me. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!! The radio LCD display is not functional, sure the radio works, but good luck in figuring out what station you are on. (this could not be tested ahead of time because there was no batery in it when we visited it. there are supposed to be two wires that attach to the door to assist with lifting it and supporting it when installiing, one was broken, and I had pointed it out to my salesman, who assured me that it would be replaced when they cleaned it, this was fixed alright, they just removed them both, so now when i want to close my popup, i have to support the entire door myself. The Camper was not cleaned, the windows were all full of bugs and the roof....... WOW, they never touched any dirt off the roof, which is where most of the gunk forms... When I went to pickup my camper and pointed all of these details out, they advised me that none of these issues were stated on my contract, so nothing was done or would be done to fix it. For crist sake, I didn't even have a fire extinguisher in the camper, which by law in Quebec, we need... I was told to go to Canadian tire and purchase one. I had to argue this one with them, and was finally told to go back to their sales location and they would pull one out of another camper for me. They have great selections of campers, but please protect yourself and make sure any issues are writen on that sales order!!! UPDATE!!! So we contacted Ghyslain (the service Manager) WHAT a GREAT GUY!!! This guy is exactly what this company needed. He walked through our camper with us and took note of all of the repairs that needed to be done and fixed every last one within a few days. all of the little issues that i had found in my last 2 camping trips were fixed, or replaced with new parts. Thank god for this guy! He absolutely cares about the customer and makes you feel like you made the right choice in dealing with them. Because of him, I will be looking no where else in the future for my camping needs. If you ever have any issues with a camper from them, Please call and ask for Ghyslain, the service manager, he will make you feel like you have made the right decision and treat you with the upmost respect. Thank you Ghyslain for caring for our new PopUp and treating me like a proper customer.

Avoid this place at all costs. Short version is I spoke to two people in the process and they both lied to my face. They were both asked about any extra charges, said there were none then added 1,000$ worth. Also the 200$ PDI I paid for apparently didn't cover basic safety features like the break away cable. Longer version: When I tried to get it fixed they couldn't negotiate. When I tried to just return the whole thing the owner has now dodged me for a week. (You can see from the other reviews, that's what he does) The first said 'No, no extra charges, you just paid 200$ for PDI' (which at most places is included) Ok I can agree to that. 'Oh and 100$ for a starter kit without a battery' Most places throw that in WITH a battery, but ok I can agree to that. The finance person I asked the same question and being shown a signed bill of sale 'so I am paying this price' 'yes that's the price' And then he added over 1000$ of extra charges without even talking to me. Including 942$ for long term disability etc. insurance they never even mentioned to me nor can I medically qualify for I tried to get that for my mortgage and couldn't. A charge for a registration which they didn't even do. They charged for me for registration then told me to take the papers to Ontario to register, which means I have to pay AGAIN. I didn't have my glasses and he was giving me the forms in French only unfortunately my French isn't good enough for forms like that. I trusted that they kept to what I agreed and signed. They didn't.
