P	Patti Balsdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room smelt stale upon our arrival the first day but we figured it's because it's been awhile since the room was used so we opened the door to air it out. It was also quite warm in the room during the night, but we figured it was because we had forgot to turn the thermostat down. Day 2 the keys stopped working so the owner had to come work on the door. It's currently 403 am and our room is 25 degrees celcius with the thermostat turned all the way down, had to crack the door open and turn on the AC(its only plus 2 outside).
M	Matthew Plamondon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! no mention of freight trains running all night across the road. Neither my fiancé and I got a good nights sleep. Booked for two nights, but were not about to stay another. Paid up front when checking in, should have been a red flag. When going to check out the following day before I could explain our reason for leaving the lady at the front desk immediately told me no refund would be issued and that "He's not going to lose money on this" he I'm assuming is the owner. Not understanding one bit, only saying that she didn't get much sleep either and what do you expect from a small town motel. And kept repeating that no refunds would be issued, even though on the paperwork I signed it said nothing of the sort. Too frustrated to take it further, left with a nights stay paid for and lost, no doubt they booked the room for another unsuspecting passer by. Would NEVER stay here again!

S	Shelley Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sundown Motel is an OLD motel. Not up to date. Small TVs, it at least had a fridge, and microwave. Definitely needs renovations done. It is a working MAN'S motel. Not for families.
H	Heather M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 2 bed room, only to get there and they said I was getting 1 bed. The language barrier didn't help. My key card didn't work so they gave me the master key, which also didn't work. There was no fan in the bathroom so there was mold on the ceiling. The toilet leaked all over the floor. Parking was a joke. Definitely not staying there again.
