★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great but the room is a little outdated but for a cheap motel in Caroline it really isn't that bad. The rooms allow smoking so if you're sensitive to that it's probably not the best place for you and I'm not certain they have none-smoking rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They interrupted our nap, because there was an internet modem in our room that needed to be reset. Other than that, super nice for a small town Hotel. Room was pretty clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unhappy with this stay. Check in was painful as the desk lady didn't seem to understand what I wanted or needed. Then she tells me they will be entering the room daily when we leave to clean, which makes very little sense during COVID. I told her we were fine and they didn't need to clean until our stay was over, we could take out the garbage and come change out towels ourselves. She argued and argued with me up until I gave up. They only provided one key far the two of us. Then told us we (two people working at two different locations) could not have two vehicles parked in their parking lot... when the lot was half empty as were on night shift... then when my partner tried to get a key, she made him go pull 20 cash out of an ATM stating that it was a deposit for the key but wouldn't accept debit and wouldn't include it in our deposit on the room. The room was sub par, not the cleanest place.
Don't bother with this place unless your completely out of options. Thankfully we found an air BNB for cheaper and we were out of there asap. There are cleaner, friendlier places whether you go north to RMH or south to Sundre.
