I would NOT recommend…I have been trying to plan an event at this hotel… the Banquet managers are terrible!! I’ve dealt with 2 of them now and I can’t get any straight answers from them.. i have to keep asking for updates.. i ask questions and don’t get response… very bad customer service…. I guess Covid did not affect their revenue because they don’t seem to care that they are loosing $1200 +++ for 1 night…i will be planning my event somewhere else because for this kind of money i believe common courtesy is in order.

Very comfy beds. Our room came with a fridge and coffee maker. The room was nothing special and the decor is very dated Because of covid our room was not cleaned during our stay We were given a breakfast bag as the restaurant was closed. Very pricey place just hang your head at nught

The staff were professional and a pleasure to speak to. The Hotel is attached to a bar/night club. Our family walked up to the hotel which was surrounded by drunk people. The had a security guard trying to keep them away from the hotel entrance. Hotel cleanliness would be 3/5. I would not recommend this hotel to familys with small children.

Dirty, old and expensive. The website makes this place look amazing, but the reality is different, there's no maintenance during your stay due to covid, but it doesn't justify that the rooms are dirty, with spider webs, with stains in the curtains, dust in the carpet, old and with a weird smell in the bedrooms. Once I had all my stuff removed my bedroom because they thought I had checked out, for covid reasons they cannot clean bedrooms but they took my stuff and checked me out, later after I complained they assigned me a new bedroom. The elevators are not well maintained, I have seen them out of service several times already, they take long time to take you to your room. Update: I have been coming and going to this hotel for over 2 months and it's disappointing me more every time, new bedroom, all dirty, they even left the garbage from the previous customer in the room.

Everything looks nice and fancy, but my goodness, the room was so dirty! It seems like they clean only the surfaces, but not the floor under the furniture, shelves, drawers... I dropped something on the floor and had to look for it under a cabinet... what had I found there were just piles of dust, empty bottle and some other litter. Seems like no one cleaned there since the opening of the hotel. So, think about the COVID safety measures there. At the same time, covering by those measures, this hotel saves money on the customers by offering terrible inedible breakfast boxes instead of normal breakfast. It's green zone now here, everyone has re-opened their restaurants. But no, in this wonderful hotel they won't clean the rooms, but protect us from the breakfast. Nice job! So, in overall, terrible experience, terribly overpriced. Won't come there again, ever.

Friendly, bilingual staff. Clean rooms with fridges. Currently offer takeout breakfast due to CoVid restrictions. Showers are a little too low flow with temperature hard to control.

I would rather stay in a motel then spend 149$. Really upsetting, left over dry urine on the toilet from a previous guest, a chair broke randomly while seating on it, shower heads are just awful. I understand it’s an outdated hotel, and “renovations” are coming, but If you can’t keep hotel standards, and trained staff, renovations won’t improve anything. You have to improve a lot more then just the property. When I called the front desk, to speak about the issues, and ask for a room change, because if dry urine was left by a previous guest what else was left behind, the front desk replied with “I’m alone” sorry but a rebranding won’t change much.

What a dissapointment. Room badly in need of upgrade. Peeling wallpaper, flimsy shelving, sagging ceiling tiles, moldy tub tiles. And with all taxes and fees ( for what , I don't know why i have to pay other fees) this room cost nearly $200. Was worth half that. First and last time.
