★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always ask for a quote first. I was just charged $65 for an end cap that costs $1.29 on Amazon !!! Perhaps it was $63.71to click it on ??? and it's used as it's all scratched up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is wonderful! Everytime i have gone here they have given me excellent service both with my vacuum and customer service. My recent purchase was a refurbished Dyson. I said I would do curbside pick up but they delivered it to my door anyway. The gentleman advised me that they didn't have the make i ordered so he upgraded me. Wow! If I could give 100 star rating I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this shop because he basically is the only one around that can do what I need done. I asked to have a hose "made" for my kirby, that I have had done with a previous kirby, and he claims it can't be done. Very rude one the phone when I was trying to explain to him what I wanted. I'll go to Toronto before ever calling this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to buy a central vac package have it installed. Installation was going to require a bit of special work, so needed a quote from their installer. Five days later, and never heard from him. Made a few follow up calls to Miller's Vac and the person I spoke to didn't seem interested in my business - said installer had my number and would call. Thankfully I did not buy the central vac package! Was trying to shop local, but am dealing with Barrie Vacuums now - better service, more pleasant to deal with.
