The staff at city center vacuum were so great at recommending some really effective and natural products for our house and even shampoo for our dog! They also ordered in some extra products from their supplier for me that came in a few days. I didn’t realize how much selection there could be at a vacuum store but they have everything from carpet cleaning to small appliances. I even got a product for my dryer that I can use with some essential oils so everything smells amazing again! They were so helpful and friendly. I’m so glad we went to them!

We've had the motor replaced twice under warranty, and the service is exceptional. I phoned in the morning, had the vacuum picked up, and returned fixed right after lunch. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Would highly recommend. It was worth the money we spent on the vacuum.

He phoned and told me how much. And as I'm not working I would have done at a later date. So I should not have to had to pay it to get my machine back. I wont recommend this company. Do what you say your going to do. A free quote is a free quote.

Dropped off a Bissell vacuum for repairs, the store went above and beyond my expectations to contact Bissell find the power head and that it was still under warranty ! They were friendly and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommend .
