★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to initiate an RRSP institution to institution transfer. I filled out the required paperwork and printed it. There were two options to submit it, mail it or bring it into a branch to be sent through their internal mail system. I don't pay fees on everything to do the legwork myself, so I brought it into the branch. The CSR was very pleasant and said they would get it where it needs to be. Fast forward 3 weeks, I call RBC to check the status of the transfer and they informed me they did not receive any of my documents and therefore the transfer has not been initiated. Well done RBC Midland, thank you for losing my documents that include my banking information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank manager is not customer oriented how is it possible that midland Ontario branch on king street is only open Monday to Friday no Saturday service where as other banks are open in town on Saturday.
After all we are in 2020 and not 1920 also noticed the manager directing customers to ATM machines if that is what the Ceos of RBC wants they should close the branch and just have ATM only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest service ever. 2 tellers usually...luck to get a 3rd on but does not seem to matter. Offices are always full of their salespeople but no one ever comes to help. If you have to bank here...pack a lunch and some comfy shoes. The wait is almost comedic.
People take breaks while there are huge line ups...not saying they should not get breaks but this is the only place in the service industry where the customers seem to come second...maybe 3rd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I've ever experience at a bank. I've been trying for over a month to get one simple issue resolved, 3 messages to the manager Devon and he won't call or email me back. I've even tried calling the call centre agents, who have also left messages for him. Still nothing back. I get better customer service from my online bank, and I can't even physically go there. Do yourselves a favour and pick any other bank. 1 star review is too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just stood in line outside the branch to use the atm for over 20 minutes while an elderly woman struggled to pay her bills through the atm She wasnt allowed to use a teller. The woman inside the bank told her sorry we cant help you ' you'll have to figure it out yourself. Theres no reason she couldnt put on a mask and gloves and explain what to do. Stop charging banks fees if you cant provide service. I'm disgusted
