★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the hardest bank to get in contact with. Everything is automated and can never get a hold of anyone at the branch. I even tried to contact headquarters for finance, again automated and hangs up on you. Thankfully it's only a loan I have here and not personal banking needs. I highly highly recommend any other financial institution. The subject I want looked after is simple quick and easy. I would hate to be in the elderly population where many still rely on a person telephone call and not online services.
