Becsuse of the change in store hours, youd think telephone banking would be easier.. Trying to enter an extension # for an employee is near impossible

I had an appointment with Heather she helped me set up online banking, a credit card and got me lower fees on my existing bank account. She was very knowledgeable about what the bank could offer me and very nice, I am ecstatic about my visit thank you very much Heather!!!

Staff and manager are rude unorganized and not trained properly. I believe working in a downtown location makes them treat people this way which is disgusting. I also work downtown and would never lie to someone face and treat them poorly with mistrust and give information that wasn’t accurate this leaving me embarrassed and ashamed I bank with them ! ( just this location) I’ve been with them since I was 14 and this is the respect I deserve? Unbelievable these people are!!

Looked up hours on web site. Needed teller service. Due to their lack of attention to detail it was not stated on web site it is limited banking on weekend. Only open for advice. My advice would be update web infor to reflect your true services. Do waste hours of peoples time.

Just had my worst experience with this bank. I went in to close my passing husband's account. I got nothing but unprofessional care. I was given the third degree and asked why I want to cancel.....Duhhh. I received NO "sorry for your loss". Then told that they have process which is fine, but when I told them I had just finished closing his other bank accounts with no issues I was told "Lucky you!!". I have had other run ins with this bank in the past and let it go. Not this time.I will never step foot in that bank again.

This is more about the Scotia app being garbage and now I have to use the branch constantly. The rear atm is constantly broken and doesn’t show all my accounts. Scotia in general is brutal.

If they need something they will consistently call to get ahold of you but when you need your personal financial officer, I have called 3 times leaving a message and she changed it telling you to call the 1800 number and now after over 90 minutes on the phone still have to go to branch, it’s time to change banks!
