Dr Michaluk is an excellent dentist with a great team. I highly recommend this dental health center for the care of your teeth!

They are always kind, courteous and thoughtful and that goes a long way with me! I like that during my exam my xrays are on a screen, in front of my chair and they refer to the X-rays throughout the exam. The reception staff are lovely. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment, they’re very timely! Our while family comes to this clinic and I’ve been totally impressed at how they speak to my children. I feel confident in their care. From the minute I walk in the door, every step of my appointment is handled with professionalism. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this Clinic!!

He cares, he's thorough, and extremely friendly. I now live downtown, and still drive to Mill Bay for my appointments. It's that great there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
A	Amanda R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I NEVER write reviews, but this is an incredible dentist office that deserves a huge shout out because they offer the highest level of patient care, expertise and professionalism I have ever experienced in the Cowichan Valley. I had previously had terribly traumatic experiences with dentists and had major trauma triggered whenever I sat down in the dentist chair ~ Dr. Michaluk and his staff were so patient with me and helped me overcome my “dentist trauma”. I highly recommend Dr. Michaluk because he is a very up-to-date, intelligent and skilled dentist (with a gentle touch), and he is also incredibly attentive, calm, supportive and caring in every way. He also has the biggest heart and a great sense of humour too! His staff are highly attentive, personable, caring and mindful to the needs of their clients as well. I have never felt like I am being judged or shamed for my own personal dental care (Which was also my experience at previous dentists)! ~ Everyone here takes the time and makes the extra effort to make you feel like you are a part of their family. I no longer feel scared, nervous or anxious to go to the dentist and I cannot recommend them more highly! If you are looking for a dentist- look no further ~ you are in good hands here and will be looked after and cared for in the most supportive ways! Huy ch q’u!

I told them the billing order for my insurance and they argued with me. They told me it was illegal. I called my insurance provider and they said it was fine. I offered to pay out of pocket and submit myself and they told me no. They overcharged me and owe me money. I took my mother there, they billed her last year for work they had not done. That is straight up fraud. They owe me money and my guess is I'm never getting it. If you go here be sure to check your receipt. They didn't even give me one last time. They refuse to refund me and I am taking my business somewhere else. When I told the receptionist that she couldn't care less. I had left a message about that on Friday, they couldn't be bothered to call me back. My guess is once they have your money they don't care if you come back or not. These people clearly don't need any business, go somewhere else or CHECK YOUR RECEIPT they will straight up overcharge you. They care so much about billing order for insurance but are fine with billing for things they HAVE NOT DONE.

They were extremely confident and knowledgeable, quick yet precise, and not once did I feel that anxiety of "get me the heck outta here". I 100% recommend them and I am glad to have found my forever dental office. 10 out of 10!
