★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to order some parts for my motorcycle. They had the parts but they were back ordered, which was fine. I paid in advance by credit card, also fine. I ended up selling my motorcycle a short time later so I didn't need the parts. I called in to cancel the order and get my money back and was told that it may not be possible, they would have to check the order. I said fine and they said they would call back later with an answer. They called back and told me they could refund the parts because they hadn't been ordered yet (backordered) but since I paid by credit card I would have to pay that fee for them and also since the person had to look up the order I would have to pay for that time as well. This seemed strange to me but I was told to see it from their point of view (whatever that means). They charged me a $15 processing fee for cancelling an order that wasn't even placed. Then told me to consider them if I was ever in the market for a bike again.
Credit card fees are a cost of doing business in retail and I do not pay for your employees time, you do. I was nickel and dimed over the phone and then told to come back for more. This happened a couple weeks ago and it has left a sour taste in my mouth. In my opinion it is a scummy way to do business, so if I'm ever in the market for another Suzuki, I'll be heading elsewhere.

They were Friendly, Informative and efficient.
So much so, I rode away on a new bike.....!!
Definitely worth the ride from Victoria, as I have found other franchises and dealerships to be impatient (bordering on rude) and uninterested in you as a customer......

Have purchased a bike and gear from them with great reviews, and have several friends that have on my recommendation purchased here with good results as well. Thanks guys.

We have become consistent returning customers and best of all have been considered as friends. Mile Zero does go the extra 'Mile". Top recommendations....Doug and his team are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience Alan Hamblin is a great no pressure sales associate. However the older gentleman who delivered my DR650 wasn't afraid to read me the riot act over the "Dangers" of covaids and all the people he was sure of that died because one of his friends refused the vaccine ?. I can't imagine living my life in a constant state of fear, he wore a mask outside the truck to unload the bike. I hope he doesn't have any pals in the trucking industry...

The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. All in all, we received great customer service! This is the second bike we've bought here and I would recommend them without reservation. It's worth the drive (and ride home!).
