So so helpful not pushy and really listen to the customers needs and wants. I'd send everyone to them. Other places that sell simpular products can't hold a candle to there prices or their knowledgeable staff. Forever grateful ??? Rock stars for a staff. Picking up the new toy Monday. I brought my boat in to get a small leak repaired on the reservoir tank on power trim on Honda 50 outboard. Went in about two weeks later after they said parts were not available for two months. Trim unit was still on their workbench with the trim motor and bracket all torn apart and the reservoir tank where the leak was had not been taken apart. I asked why he took the motor and bracket off and not the reservoir he said he didn’t know the tank had a leak even though I had shown them where the leak was when I brought the boat to them. When they took motor and the mounting bracket apart mechanic (with supposedly 30 years experience the one who didn’t know where the leak was stuck a screwdriver in to pry it off and cracked the bracket which is made of plastic and very brittle after being on for 16 years. The leak I brought it in for leaked about a drop every two hours and unit was fully functional. When they again updated me that parts were not available until September or October (they have had my boat since May ) I asked them to put my unit back together and I would be picking up the boat I picked up the boat but unit was not working at all they didn’t put all parts back. I asked why they didn’t put everything back together service manager said since they didn’t charge me anything for their so called work that I should be happy. Well I am not happy. People should avoid this place they are nothing but a circus act

Maybe it was assumed I wasn’t a serious buyer??? “Yep...they're outside.” No one came out and discuss the differences between them or the prices of each. According to the product website, this is the only place in town who sell the product I was looking for. Their poor service did end up working out to my advantage however. Though not exactly what I was looking for, I ended up finding an exceptionally good deal (with the same brand motor and more cc). It’s really unfortunate though, because I do prefer to shop local whenever possible. This is not the first time I’ve felt this when coming into this business, so I don’t think I will come to shop there again. I’ve never been one who expects someone to jump through hoops for me...but some kind of service would have been nice. I was outside with no interaction probably 25min before I decided to leave. There was only one other customer in the store while I was there.
M	Martin Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new 450 Polaris Sportsman from here. Have only had it for a little over 6 months. I have less than 50 km's on it and have had nothing but starting issues with it. Spark plug needs to be changed everytime I've used it. Had it brought in to them to be fixed. They tell me they can't find a problem with it and that I'm not running it hard enough. I need to be able to start it before I can run it. Nothing but headaches with this machine. I highly recommend another dealer with competent mechanics and mgt that puts a little more effort into servicing the product that they sell.
