★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave and Nick at Tuff City are fantastic! I have an old 3 wheeler that needed some very minor work done to the brakes and even though the job was small they still treated me like any other customer. The service was quick, on time, personable and they do what they say. They explained in detail what they did as well as provided free advice on how to keep the machine maintained. I was very impressed and would 100% recommend. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome. Traveled up from Vic and stopped at pretty much every dealship along the way, these guys had the best selection and super helpful staff. My truck battery kicked the bucket while I was up there and they even went out of their way to help me with that. Worth the journey up

Nick (owner), Dylan and staff all are Very Helpful and Stand behind their used bike sales and products..Some dealers and shops have attitude especially if you are not there to spend big money,..but The Crew at Tuff City seem genuine , down to earth people. Respectful and Helpful. Always return my messages and answer questions. It is a good feeling to have a shop or local company that takes care of their customers. I will give them our business over any other bike shop I have dealt with in the past. I definitely recommend Tuff City 100 Percent :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive customer service that is honest, helpful and judgement-free! This is a business you really want to support because they no doubt have a hugely positive impact in the motorcycle/scooter community on Van Isl. They now seem to be the only a Vespa dealer on the island, which is totally fine because I cannot recommend more highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my bike in there awhile ago. They had to boost it to start it when I picked it up. Got home and found the battery was dry! And it said on the workorder, hard to start....well no kidding. They put on an ignition switch with 2 tiny tie straps, which lasted about a week. They rerueted my new clutch cable and it melted to the pipe. Im very disappointed in the work at that shop. Won't go back andwont recommend.
