My car was investigated and resolved within a short period of time with minimal cost. These lovely people went above and beyond my expectations, and I recommend anyone to see them first. This is a family run business and they are trustworthy and looking to help their customers.

Throughout the entire process they were professional and courteous. They reassured me and answered any and all questions. From reception throughout the process, this team exemplified great customer service.

We weeks later they have told us multiple lies on why ICBC has not got an answer back for us on if we were approved on hit and run damage. Some of there lies included… “ICBC is taking there time communicating with us” “we need to order parts before we submit”. Then today we got “we submitted it but they haven’t come back with an answer yet”. We phoned our ICBC rep today before phoning mid island collision and she checked multiple times and said “they have had no communication or submitted anything to me.” I am furious of the lies and the rude behaviour we have got from the front desk employee. She should not be working customer service if she is gonna be that rude!! Horrible service.

They got me a rental car and was very accommodating for my needs as to swapping the cars back when it was good for me. I didn’t need to do anything other then drop my car off and pick up a rental. Very nice people and the job was done quick and great :)

I was very well informed of the process, the staff were friendly and approachable, and best of all my car looks like it was never in an accident. I am thrilled with the final result. I highly recommend Mid-Island Collision, and if ever I need repairs again (hopefully not!), I won't hesitate to bring my car there again.

ICBC said it would take 1-2 months to fix because of supply chain issues. Today I picked it up at Mid Island Auto Collision and it looks like new! A great job, done in a timely manner, thank you so much to Ralph & team!
