★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment to look at a quad for today. I drove over an hour to get there to find out they sold it just before I got there. No phone call to let me know, a total waste of my time and effort. Not a great way to do business, I wouldn't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very disappointed by the service at Montys marine in Duncan . We were getting our 2019 Polaris razor serviced for the first time , plus had a few odds and ends that needed attention , which we brought to Trevors attention before we left, when we picked up the razor , nothing we asked for them to fix was done , his reason was he was to busy, which brings me to my question , if you are to busy to properly service our machine , then why book the appointment, and then charge us a ridiculous amount ,for basicly an oil change .Will not recommend this company nor will we be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took forever to even get an appointment to service my quad. Even know I mentioned there was a serious light on. Super disorganized when I went to drop it off. No one called me when it was ready to pick up. Was beyond expensive. Definitely figuring out how to change my own oil.
