Came in to pick up some SeaDoo injection oil, excellent service, fast and knowledgeable service by the owner, ended up finding some great deals in the showroom and saved a lot of money! Would Definitely recommend coming here to check out all the remaining deals on BRP products (parts and clothing) at amazing blow out pricing! I bought a new John Deere tractor here in 2012 and its been great, quality is unsurpassed! I defiantly will be coming back!

Avoid this place at all costs. — Edit: a response to the owner My mother has a chronic and terminal lung disease, and rented a Sunseeker motor home from you. As you are fully aware, we experienced nothing but problems from day one. Worse for wear? That was okay, but the unit itself was filthy. The water pump worked for cold water intermittently on day one, and quit after. The black and grey water tanks both had to be emptied within 24 hours of arrival, we had no furnace, no hot water and for almost the entire trip water had to be carried in a jug from outside, and heated up on the stove. You were inattentive and took nearly two months to finally and begrudgingly offer a 50% discount. I strongly believe that everyone take their business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gordon Trailer Rentals. The only positive thing I have to say is that the trailer was in good condition (minus the listed mechanical issues) and very clean. In summary, our heat didn't work and the battery wouldn't hold a charge so we had to run a generator the entire time. This completely ruined our vacation and we will not be renting from them again. Please read the details below. First of all, we arranged to pick up the trailer in the morning because we had three hours to travel with it on top of the 12 hours we had just traveled from Sudbury. We arrived, walked in and there was no one to be found for about five minutes until I called the office to tell someone we were there. We were then informed they don't rent out trailers until 3 PM, which we were never informed of before. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us without the main person being there but it was quite unorganized. Second, we found out there were a lot of "hidden" fees which we were never told. I would recommend to anyone that you ask for ALL the paperwork ahead of time. For example, the trailer came with two 30lb propane tanks, but you have to return them full or there's a $100 charge. You have to empty the tank yourself, or there's a fee. It was our first time renting a trailer so these weren't things we were expecting. Continuing with the issues, all I can say is thank god we were camping with an electrician and a mechanic because 1) The battery wouldn't hold a charge. 2) The heat didn't work. If it would have been just us, we would have likely left the day and I probably would have left the trailer in the bush out of frustration. We rented the trailer to go hunting two hours in the bush with my family. In the middle of our trip, we had to drive two hours back out just to get gas because we had to run a generator the ENTIRE time. We spent more than double on gas then we should have due to this. The battery wouldn't hold a charge for longer than a couple of hours. It was in the minuses every night so we needed heat to be warm and to avoid the pipes freezing. Not only did the battery not work, but the furnace didn't either. The electrician had to practically re-wire it so that it would turn on and stay on. Lastly, we brought the trailer back and asked to be compensated for the two major issues we had. I had to follow up THREE times to only be issued $100 3 weeks later. The $100 doesn't even cover the gas we spent on the generator. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. Called in to buy a trailer for my company, told "sorry we don't have any". I ask if I can get a price so I can order one..."no, we wont be getting until the spring". I guess no one needs money anymore? lol

I wasn't expecting work to be done for free, this is not why I am posting but I did expect my son's machine to be finished by Christmas as I clearly expressed the importance of it. I was almost guaranteed the machine back and running before Christmas. January, I was told the motor would cost 1,200 for a rebuild and their was a 30 dollar services fee for looking it over. I said no, and to put a new motor in. (My son's father passed, I didn't care what the cost was I wanted it running.) Every two weeks I got a call stating they were still looking for one. February I was discouraged and March I gave up. (Life was busy with unexpected incidents occurring) Towards the end of March they informed me that if I didn't pick up the machine it would be tossed in their yard and probably wrecked from the elements. No one told me if they found a motor and were rude. I also didn't authorize work to be done. It went from a 30 service charge to a 155 dollar bill. I said I didn't authorize work as there was nothing to work on besides getting a motor. I wasn't concerned about the cost of the motor, I was concerned about my son getting his machine running, an activity he did with his father every year. Originally, I left the machine there because they said they personally new people with machine's like my son's and parts were plenty. I felt good leaving it there initially and horrible walking out. I found their service deceiving and unprofessional and definitely not customer friendly. I asked to speak with the owner three times and gave my number. When I arrived he wasn't their as they said he would be, I paid my bill and left.

Pleasant and helpful. Unit I got was not clean tho. Not major dirty but it took me over 1/2 hour to clean and sweep. I like renting from them though as they always try their hardest to please .

Gordon Trailers went above and beyond dealership customer service standards when assisting me with a warranty claim on my John Deere tractor - which wasn't even purchased from their store. Gordon Trailers put the customer first when liaising with the North American and Northwestern Ontario JD representatives and remained true to their word until the claim had been settled. In addition, my tractor was repaired quickly as possible with OEM parts by their service department - a very arduous task during these difficult times. Thank you!

Over the past year I've required numerous replacement John Deere parts for a used project 835M Gator that I acquired sight unseen from a Ritchie Brothers Alberta auction, as well as general maintenance parts for a pair of vintage John Deere 755 & 855 Compact Utility Tractors.
