★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanics are crooks, brought my wester star in because my lights were out. They didn't fix this issue. Just rattled the wires which had a short and brought me back to look at it a hour and a half later, then told me that they were fixing some other stuff and they are going to come get me from waiting room. I went back half an hour after my truck was outside and they changed me for two hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a break down requiring parts sourced locally as the equipment was to work in the morning. After calling every truck part supplier I could think of with no luck I was directed to Boyer. The parts I needed were in stock and they're open late enough we could get there during regular hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke down on holy Thursday in upsala,finally got a tow truck from thunder bay been at the freightliner garage until Monday still waiting. Everyone is still in holiday season. What a wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had an emergency repair to do on a truck on a Saturday afternoon. We phoned ahead as we rolled into Thunder Bay. They waited for us after the shop was closed and got the job done quick as a flash. Both men we friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. Definitely will spread the word as to how impressed were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to take your truck. Poor service from the mechanic taken them a week to change a air compressor on my freightliner then charge me $5518 even tho I had to source the parts myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our brand new 2700km Cascadia in for frozen def tank. Instead of diagnosing anything they let it thaw in the shop over night and gave it back the next morning saying sometimes it freezes. Problem came back a day later and almost had us stranded. Limped to a shop in Medicine Hat and they diagnosed the issue in minutes and updated the software to turn on the def heater. Boyer wasted our time. Very disappointed. The lady at the front was very nice though.
