β β β β β I was fortunate enough to have an agent named Thais from this office to initially help me get information regarding auto insurance. I had a unique situation and even without me committing to Desjardins as an insurance provider yet, Thais gladly gave me the information I needed. She was very pleasant, courteous and communicated well with me through the phone and email. She guided me on getting supporting documentation to help me get a good rate considering how expensive premiums could be here in Toronto. I was won over by her excellent customer service. I did not get to interact with any other agent in this office but I will gladly recommend this agency to others just for the fact that Thais did a phenomenal job! I will definitely reach out to her again in the future for other insurance needs.
