I asked for a quotes for this company and picked one. I thought everything was settled. Weeks later I have not received the contract agreement so I made a follow up. The agent was on vacation. He came back and asked me to fill a form which I found it odd since we already discussed over the phone that my condo were already insured. He said that the insurance denied it because they wanted me to check my rental property every 3 months. I just received a letter today asking me to pay 69.12 for my insurance cancellation. Why would I pay for it if there is no insurance to cancel to begin with since I have not received any written agreement. They were the one who cancelled it. I was the one thought that my condo had insurance. They should have paid me instead for spending time with them.

Cancelled my insurance 4 months ago, they now decided i owe money still and sent me a letter through the mail i never recieved. Woke up to find almost 400$ taken out from insurance from 4 months ago, and they dont care that i didnt recieve notice. Terrible insurance broker!

just interested in sale policy , as broker provide you update on you policy they do that only call when your policy renewal time, vey poor customer service , yes there no hold talk with agent but no commutation with client

NEVER USE BROKERLINK!!! Called on March 10th to cancel my policy on renewal for March 29th because Iโ€™m switching companies. Come March 31st (today) I get billed by both insurance companies because someone at broker link failed to notify Intact Insurance about the cancellation. Called twice, never got an apology. Will have to wait 2 weeks or more to see refund via cheque. I gave this company 20 days notice of cancellation and they still couldnโ€™t figure it out. Customer service staff Karen and others were non-apologetic, rude and short. Wouldnโ€™t recommend to anyone and Iโ€™d give zero stars if I could.

I had a client that needed to get insurance on his home in order to close on the property that he had purchased. Valmik Kaneria spoke to him and made it happen all in the same day and he was able to close on time. My client was extremely happy with the service he provided.

Never ever go with this company. They wonโ€™t ever accommodate you and will stick you with charges you can never pay off. If they tell you one thing they will do another. My policy was renewed this month and it went up 170 dollars even though I just got my G license a week ago. When I asked to cancel my policy which just started 2 weeks before. they said I had to pay 1k+ to cancel something I wonโ€™t be using. I donโ€™t work anymore because of Covid and I told them I was promised a rate reduction if I get my g licence but instead that increased it drastically. Either way Iโ€™m trapped. If I cancel it I have to pay. If I donโ€™t I have to pay. Donโ€™t trust this company with your money. Update: they said a supervisor will call me in the next 48 hours. Itโ€™s been a whole week and their still charging me 550 dollars when I was paying 380 last year on a g2 license. Now that I have my g license they hiked up my price. Which doesnโ€™t make sense

If you have any opportunity to deal with any other broker, take the opportunity. The agents donโ€™t take notes, they will quote you incorrectly to get your business and lock you down for another year. Shady shady shady. STAY AWAY!!! Horrible customer service. I was told a manager would call me and 10 days later Iโ€™m having to call to follow up. Just a mess. Completely dissatisfied with the service they provide. Again STAY AWAY!!

I took a auto insurance a month ago and the broker told that I will pay certain amount each month.when I received my first month bill it was more than the mentioned amount. When.I called the broker by 4 pm. He called me back around 6pm and when I asked about the bill he didnt explain why it was more instead he started telling it is costing his time and how many times to explain it to me etc etc. I told this is not the way you talk to your customer after your business is done. Also after I took the insurance he requested to give good feedback that will help him. I gave a very good feed back for him but now I regret for that. I will not recommend him to my friends.
