Great company. Offices in many locations making them accessible. They are focused on insurance but also have a few different offerings worth investigating.

Horrible experience..cannot talk to anyone in regards to their computershare bond department...always voicemail...terrible I never write reviews..so the fact Iam writing one tells you something! I have adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 It is extremely frustrating to never speak to a person and always to voicemail when it comes to things as serious as your computershare bond department. I did get a response 24 hours later after my voicemail and my needs are now complete.

As a midwife it was important for me to insure my home and automobile with a company that understands the nature of my work and how I can be best protected; I found this at HUB International. I cannot speak highly enough about the positive experience I've had with them. Their rates were significantly more competitive than every other major company I sought, taking into account The AOM affiliated discount. The brokers I spoke with were professional, friendly, and confident; they always followed-up promptly and I truly felt they were looking after my best interests. As an added bonus, my broker, Brenton McAnuff's own children were born into the hands of midwives! I will certainly be recommending HUB International to my midwifery colleagues and soon-to-be midwives.

Very bad customer service. After twelve calls you might get someone on the phone but that someone will talk to you rudely. Very unpleasant experience. Emails are the same. It takes a year before someone answers. My insurance broker keeps on getting replaced by someone new. That speaks very badly of the quality of their staff and of management. Makes you think: "Can this company be trusted?"

I am having a horrible experience. Can't get an answer to a simple question and have been bounced around for 3 weeks and still can't get the answer. Voice mail to voicemail to an assistant who is new and doesn't know. Left several messages, and spoke to several people. I am nervous about the state of this company and the fact that I have insurance with them. Years ago when I called with questions I had excellent customer service, this seems like a big change. The people I have been dealing with are from the Markham and Bay st. location.

Horrible customer service. After they overcharge me of hundreds of dollars for my policy, no one is answering my emails or phone calls. I left 5 voicemails, sent dozens of emails, with no answer. Stacy Taylor and Cassandra Devries are giving absolutely no customer service. Stay away. Insurance companies should give peace of mind, well they have been giving nightmares.
