Because I ordered online, and don't live in Vancouver, I was a little worried that buying it without trying it on might not work out, but Brandon took the time to work with me and find the perfect gi, and a few other items. Everything arrived quickly and it's perfect. Very helpful, prompt, and overall great experience. Looking forward to my next order there!

The lady took all the time for my wife to try on multiple pairs of shin pads, and answered every question we had. All in all we were in the store for an hour and never felt pressured to buy anything at any point.
