Had my car in for few maintenance issues and had a major oil leak that was suppose to be fixed but now something far more expensive. Had my car in 4 times just for this one problem! Was told it's much more serious. Funny cause it leaks much worse then before and midas told me it's likely going to be over a thousand dollar job. Also suppose to have fixed a couple of other problems like my wiper fluid flow and now don't work at all. Exhaust had to be done twice cause wasn't done right the first time. I called numerous times and no answer to discuss this issue . So I went to midas and left a note asking Brad to call me and still no call?? So tired of these places taking advantage of people, especially women that are not experienced with cars.

We deal with this my wife waited at the front counter and was not greeted at all by the counter person and this is a non no in customer service. After this guy got around to taking notice of my wife and her needs. She then after discussing the problem with the tire she waited along time outside and nobody showed up to look at the tire. She drove away. Plan to start going to other location which is a ways away from our home. Hope to get better customer service there instead.location but will start going to the gardiners location.

The only thing that I can say bad about them is that they tell you that your car will be in in 15 minutes and after 30 minutes your car is still sitting in their parking lot. There is no point of making appointments because they don't get in on time.

I wish I knew all the employee's name, but unfortunately I don't, but I can say that I am fortunate to meet Jessy and then the professional mechanic Jordan, who fixed everything on my car. I recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for professionalism and especially honesty. Thanks to all until we meet again.

I knew the brakes would have to be replaced soon, but they started making really bad noises on the way down to Kingston. Took a chance Midas could get me in on short notice early in the afternoon - and they did! Otherwise I may have been stranded until Monday! I was fully informed where I was in the line, and because I was last, I thought it was going to take a really really long time - but the technician stayed late to finish! The customer service is awesome! Both staff members I dealt with were polite, professional, and efficient. And by watching the interactions of the other staff with customers, that seemed to be the way the company operates. I've already sent the "they should get a raise" email to their boss! Would highly recommend to anyone - they were a life saver for me! Cheers, Brian
A	A Malus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost got grossly upsold at a place where I took my car for the ball joints repair originally, but I decided to take my car to Midas instead. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The cost was reasonable (actually same as the other place before they tried to add extra $1200 for parts that were included in the Midas' price.) I appreciate the no nonsense approach at Midas. I'm happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

I went there at 6pm (did not know the closing time) and they were closing but Savannah and guy (didn’t ask his name) greeted me and let me in. They both were fantastic. I needed quote for new sets of tire . Savannah went above and beyond and gave me fantastic quote. As I was new , she explained me all other perks which comes with purchasing tire at Midas. I’m very much impressed with the customer service provided by both of them. Thank you both.
