I went in for an out of province inspection and overall I was happy. The opi was reasonable but I did have other items that required repairs for the opi to pass which did increase the bill. Fortunately the shop did a good job and the team were great to deal with. One big point it did take quite time where the service took me to passed store closing.

I have been a return customer here and I have always had a positive experience. The employees at MIDAS exercise the golden principles of customer service and always know how to make their customers happy. Nethaniel is polite, thorough, interacts respectfully with customers (even with rude ones!) and is assertive. They’re in my good books!

Today my headlight burnt out as my car is very old. I purchased a light myself and attempted to fix it on my own to save money. The connecter was broken and jammed so I gave up and brought it to Midas. A young man helped me immediately and came out in the cold ( it was -20 with a strong wind) and fixed it for me. He was very welcoming and very knowledgeable as he told me what to do if I came across the situation again. After I attempted to pay he told me that there was no need. Other garages told me over the phone such a repair would cost me $50-$60. Excellent service, I will return solely for the young man that helped me.

I am very impressed with the service I received at this Midas location. Nathaniel and the mechanic, working on my vehicle, was pleasant and very helpful. It was my first time at Midas and will not be my last. They took the time to show me where the issues were and any concerns, regarding my vehicle. I'll be honest, I am not mechanically inclined lol and they did not take advantage of that. I respect that a lot as it shows they genuinely care and not out to take your money. The mechaninc working on my vehicle, (sorry I did not get his name) kindly gave my son a key chain and joked with him about cars. I felt at ease knowing my vehicle was in great hands. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Midas!!!! :)

I have been to few different Midas in past but the one on 104st turned out to be the best one. I came here for a tire swap. Nathaniel the manager is friendly and great to deal with. The entire staff at this location is very professional and courteous. Their customer service is great and I would definitely recommend this location.

Over the last couple years, I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and do not take advantage of you if you don't know much about cars. Service is very convenient and the inspection reports are much appreciated. I even received a complimentary tire change! Thanks for the great work, it is much appreciated.

I booked an appointment for a tire change service for my Lexus IS 350 on Tuesday 05, 2022 at 1:30pm at this particular location (Midas 104 St Edmonton). I arrived on time and my car was taken inside the service station after an hour of wait around 2:30pm. After the tires were changed, things went horrible. When I checked my car, all four rims were scratched. Mechanic was not able to reverse the car and he kept on accelerating the car hardly. When I asked about the problem, he was not able to figure out as what went wrong with the car. After some time, it was figured out that the mechanic installed the rear wheel to front which is not meant to be because rear wheel is wider than the front wheel and have the different specs than the front wheel. Due to this, the car was not moving even though the mechanic accelerated very hard on paddle. The car moved a little bit after the hard acceleration, it broke the inner part of the rim and damaged the front break caliper because this wheel were installed wrongly. After all this incident, the mechanic called the manager and the operation manager Jeff Korejbo and Mike, they both came and talked to me. They assured me that they will take care of everything. After a long wait, they interchanged the tires the way wheels should be placed but the damages were still there. Jeff & Mike assured me that they will talk to their insurance company next day and figure out what can be done. After I left the premises, I received a fake report via a text message showing pictures of some another car. The report did not belong to me. I called them the very next day and Jeff showed no interest in resolving the issue. I met Jeff in person by that evening at Stony Plain Midas location at 3:30pm (Wed April 06, 2022). They kept changing their words and showed no interest to resolve the issue. I found that mechanic had 0 knowledge about Lexus vehicles. Till now, I have not received any call from the customer service or manager of the company to look into the matter. I am totally dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this to anyone.
