They were very busy but Alex V went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road today. Your worker made us Midas customers for life now! Huge Kudos to Alex V for supreme customer service. At your Duncan location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been customers at this Midas location for the past several years and they maintain all 4 our vehicles. The last quote I got from Nissan was $1000 for a repair and the replacement of the battery on our Nissan truck. I left Midas after paying $650 for the job. My son was in there last weekend and they noticed that something they had repaired previously was not correct: they fixed it at their expense.
There was a blip in the service late last year but things seem to be back on track

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be the place I would highly recommend. Unfortunately recently it was sold and the new management is changing the way they do business. It started with our truck: maintenance was recommended that had been done by Midas fairly recently, we stopped in yesterday with a check engine light and the new guy on at the desk started upselling before he even looked at what the possible repair cost would be. This never used to happen. Very disappointed that a place that we brought our 4 vehicles for years is now just part of the mediocre upselling crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They quoted me for a simple job, then upon making me come back to their shop to show them what I wanted done and what I did not they showed me a bill for almost $400 for wanting a couple brackets put in but they they above and beyond and did all the work I told them not to do for it would not effect my truck and tried to charge me for the work I directly told them not to do and tried to charge me for, let alone the work I tried to get them to do and did not complete, they prey on people that will not try to complain on massive bills when they do the work with no consent and hope you’ll pay for it. Don’t use this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment online for 2:30-4:30 on the 17th, the person at the front told me they’d have to keep it overnight which was fine. Upon returning to the store at 5pm the next day I was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Furthermore, after getting my keys and returning to my car, I found the door was unlocked. I had valuables in it at the time and would have removed them had I known it would sit unlocked in a lot for ~24 hours. Extremely disappointing service, or lack there of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Duncan Midas expecting about 1000 dollar brake job. estimate came back around 2800. No way I had the money for that. my brakes were a mess they did the job for just over 1000 all done. These guys were incredible. I'll go back for all repairs thanks
