★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine my surprise when I discovered oil leaking onto my driveway! Turns out the previous owner of my diesel truck had the last oil change done at this location and they stripped the stock oil drain plug. No problem, they just replaced it with one they thought would fit. Turned out it didn't fit like the factory plug. And leaked. Which ended up being my problem.
So I contacted the owner, Bob, and he said he would take care of it. Just to be clear, I did not pay for the original oil change, so this was clearly a case of the owner being a stand-up guy and taking "ownership" of this oil drain plug problem.
I bought and supplied an OEM plug and crush gasket, and the employees removed and replaced the one they had installed. And then they dumped the oil that had come out of the engine back in... I would have preferred that they would have noticed the leak from the start, but I was really disappointed they didn't reimburse me for the OEM supplies, nor offer any incentive to have the oil changed (free, or at any reduced rate to reimburse me for the mess the oil leak caused and the time spent to remedy the leak).
Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skid Plate was not screwed back the right way, was dragging it as it flapped when i went over 50kms.
Lost over 2 hours of work/delivery time fixing it as i was on the side of the highway @10pm with no proper tools/light!
Went back the next day and they checked it and redid it, but even after i told them i lost time that i could have been making money, all I got was an apology.
Not a good experience!
