They were super compassionate and empathetic, listening to my concerns and coming up with a game plan to make the day to day easier on me. Would highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brendin and Kaitlyn are incredible. I walk into their office and they know before I sit down where the aches and pains are. I cannot say enough about what an incredible job they do for me. The IMS works like a dream. It is so effective on my body. I do regular maintenance as I sit at a desk all day, and with their assistance I feel fantastic.

I’ve been going for years for physio and massages and have only had great experiences!
The staff are friendly and highly experienced and are always learning new techniques to help you heal faster.
Would definitely recommend Kaitlyn and Brendin for physio, and Ashley for massage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of being treated by a few of Start Line's therapists over the years, and all of them have been incredible. I live in Victoria, and drive to Duncan for treatment with Start Line. It is well worth the drive when the results have been so extraordinary,
and I'm always blown away at how quickly they can get me back on track. I highly recommend Start Line to anyone on the south island looking for a great clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been going to Kaitlyn at Start Line for several years. Her care, ability, knowledge and personality are second to none, and the professionalism by all at Start Line is incredible. I had a herniated disc and other older injuries. For a some time I was unable to do anything including walk without a limp. Kaitlyn was able to provide treatments as well as daily exercise to alleviate my pain and allow me to get back to my regular activities. She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to discuss your individual needs.
I have also had Sarah, Sasha and Lisa treat me and they are all wonderful as well. The level of care at Start Line Health and Wellness Group is better than anywhere. We recommend them to all our friends and family.
We also book our massages with their registered massage therapists, and Trish is a miracle worker. Thank you Kaitlyn and everyone at Start Line.
