★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Physio office in town- this practice goes above and beyond in successfully meeting care needs. In my experience, IMS treatments with Vince have been very helpful. Vince took the time to thoroughly educate and prepare me for ongoing maintenace. You walk out the door feeling confident you have the tools and knowledge to prevent any further injury. Also helps, hes down to earth with a great sense of humour.
If you're looking for a registered massage physiotherapist- Dean is a master of this craft- another practiotioner who takes the time to get to know his clients. Communication and consideration is constant. Always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in.
Ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly reccommend.

He has helped me get control of my pain through treatments and showing me at home exercises. I highly recommend his services and this business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve received treatment for a few different issues over the last 12 months or so, a couple of chronic issues and an acute one. The treatment from Cecil is excellent and he knows what he’s talking about. He helped totally clear up my chronic problems and has been steadily helping me with my recent injury. He’s also friendly and chatty which really helps pass the time during appointments when the treatment might not be the most comfortable.

The office also appears to be efficiently run.
The physiotherapist conducted a very detailed intake and was familiar with the area being addressed.
He was polite and considerate and really listened to what I had to say.
I was impressed with his level of care and concern.
He also provided a detailed exercise for me to follow and this was already in place on my return home.
I would certainly recommend this practice, based on my experience today

He’s knowledgeable, kind and caring. The location is convenient and the appointment times fit my schedule, the online booking is very easy and convenient for me. Staff and clinic are all Covid safe/clean.I would highly recommend Thrive Now for physical therapy.
