s	sarah freeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff member when we arrived. Huffing and sighing about doing her job. Not ok. Morning girl was much much nicer. Also there was no coffee cups and the pot didn't even work when I did figure something out :/

I went back to ask for more towels later and was told they would bring to room later as all towels were in the dryer. We managed with 2 sets of towels till the next morning. We called the front desk asking for more towels. None was available. Later in the evening our toilet was plugged. 2 ladies came out and unplugged it. Asked for more towels again. Was informed there was none as the shift before had no time to get the washing and drying done. Went to front desk in the morning and explained our situation which is when she went around and found some towels for us. 2 sets of towels and roll and half toilet paper over 2.5 days. Did not appreciate the run around of towels and ignorance at front desk.
N	Norman James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly expected more, pictures are great but room was beginning to be run down, lack of detail with cleaning, dents, scratches, broken mirror, sheets are like paper towel and bed/pillows are not very comfy. I also got the most expensive room. It worked for the few days I spent here but I probably will just stay in Red Deer next time I’m in the area. Front desk staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with but i feel like that’s a small portion of what your stay is at a hotel.

Staff was friendly $6 guest laundry, 2.10 for soap, but we needed it. Mini fridge and microwave in room great if needed. Definitely return if coming through Blackfalds. Never used any other facilities.

But I made it double clear in my request to cancel the second night only of these two nights in my call to her early that afternoon. We found out her mistake When we arrived and tried to check in at around 9:30pm. she was so rude to us and was even threatening to kick us out of the hotel when I pointed out its her mistake. She was so proud of herself and so smart that she even did not say a single world of sorry to us. Eventually we "begged" her to let us stay and she was so "nice" and assigned us a one-double-bed room rather than the booked & charged two-queen-bed room.
S	Sam Dutta-Soumen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Luxurious hidden gem in the middle of nowhere that can serve as your ideal weekend retreat or a quick getaway situated close to both Calgary and Edmonton and a host of summer Hotspots. We loved our stay in this nice and new, chic hotel, the jacuzzi pool experience was amazing to say the least. Only reason we are docking a star is because of the lackluster breakfast that leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise highly recommend to everyone. The hotel seemed to be brand new and looked very beautiful. Pretty impressed except for the breakfast.
